Terms and Conditions

Please read through the Terms and Conditions carefully.  They comprise the terms on which you are permitted to purchase Ceramics from Rachel Quinn Ceramics (referred to as “us” or “we) on the website. If you submit an order for any item advertised for sale on this website, this shall be taken to constitute acceptance by you of these Terms.

CONTRACT OF SALE
(1)    If you wish to purchase any of the items for sale on this website, you must submit a completed order form.  Your order will not be accepted unless you place us in a position of being able to receive full payment for your order at the time we accept it.  If we agree to accept your order, we will confirm this by email, when possible, and will supply the items you have ordered to you in accordance with the  Terms.

(2)   The sale and purchase of products via this website will be governed by a contract between you and us formed when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us and we have sent you confirmation.  The terms of the Contract will comprise these Terms, as amended or updated by us from time to time, and the prices and other relevant information about the Products published by us on this website at the time the contract is formed          

(3)    we reserve the right to change these Terms at our discretion. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.

(4)     The price of each piece shall be as is quoted on the website on the date you place your order, subject to any inadvertent pricing errors (whether technical or otherwise) by us.

(5)     We reserve the right to revise the price of any piece on this website without notice.

(6)    We accept all major credit cards as well as Laser and Access

(7)   As these pieces are all Hand made by the Artisan and are not mass produced we can not guaranty delivery date in case the artisan was taken ill and all orders were delayed by a week you would be notified by email.                                                                                          

(8)As each piece is individually made we can not guaranty that the piece will be an exact replica heights and colours may vary slightly.                                                                            

(9) When your piece is being shipped we will send you an email. If you have not received your order by the specified date please contact Customer Services by email at rachelquinnceramics@eircom.net marked website customer service.

(10)     If the products delivered to you do not include all of the products that you ordered or include incorrect products, you must contact us in writing or by email immediately. If you do not, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result. Our liability is limited to the price of the products not delivered or the cost of replacing such products.

(11)     If you are unhappy with any piece you purchased on the website, you may return it to us in its original condition within 10 working days and we will provide a full refund.  If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery charges.                                                                      

(12)     We cannot accept responsibility for the non-delivery Parcels if the recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.

(13)The logos, names, art work, and images of work displayed on this website are the property of the website owner.  Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trade mark without the prior written permission of the Website Owner.
